I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) practicing under the direct clinical supervision of Dr. Lina Moffett, LPC-S. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Arizona State University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian University.
While I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, I am especially drawn to working with adults ages 21 and older. As a therapist, I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space where your strengths are celebrated and your challenges are met with compassion and understanding. I believe that asking for help is a courageous step, and you do not have to face life’s difficulties alone.
Change cannot be forced, it grows from within. You have come to therapy for a reason, and together we will work toward meaningful growth, healing, and self-understanding. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward a more fulfilling and authentic version of yourself.
